We receive so many important messages in our dreams and even if you can't for the life of you work out what your crazy dream meant, there will be messages or impressions left in your subconscious. Quite often you will wake up during the middle of the night vividly remembering your dream and then when you wake again in the morning you have totally forgotten it, but it will stay in your subconscious memory. It is important to take notice of dreams that re-occur. For example, you may dream of a house that you enter and there will be specific rooms that you find yourself in. Another night you may dream of a house again, but it looks different but you are still drawn to certain rooms of that house.

Houses can represent the self. Your body is the house, so if in your dream you are entering a kitchen, in your waking life you are tending to want to feed or nourish everyone or nourish yourself with more fulfilling desires. If you are in a bathroom, maybe you are feeling that your body needs cleansing of negative influences. Anytime you dream of a toilet, it is an indication you are fearful of showing the world your true self. I used to dream I would go to a public toilet in my dream and there were never any doors. It was myself trying to get myself to open up more and tell other people how I felt. In my waking life I was holding in feelings.

I also used to dream of walking through a house and finding a secret door and when i went into the secret passage there were many doors and many more rooms, all indicating that my life was about to open up to many more new opportunities as long as i was not afraid to enter into an unknown area and open new doors.

Take notice of the people who appear in your dreams. If you are dreaming of travelling down a road and you see people you know, are you having issues with these people in your waking life? Is the road smooth or are their bumps or traffic hazards blocking you from getting somewhere in your waking life? Are these peopel contributing to holding you back? Do you dream you have lost your car and can't find it? Maybe in your waking life you feel you are at a standstill and not going anywhere.

I have also experienced having sex in my dreams and feeling as though it was real, when I later learnt you can actually experience sex with departed spirits and also when another person Astral travels and their energy meets your energy in dream state and you enjoy each others company.

I lost a very dear friend a few years back from Cancer, since her passing she has come to me in two very vivid dreams. The first time was not long after her passing and I was walking into what looked like a cave, there was a door and she opened the door and said "come on in, I've been waiting for you". She had tables and chairs and the place was decorated and she looked much the same as I knew her when she was living. We had a cup of tea together and she was telling me that she was on another dimension and it was much the same as Earth. On the 2nd occasion she came to me in my dreams, she was in my walk in wardrobe. I saw her and said "oh wow, you didn't die and she said Of course I didn't die, I just moved to another dimension. I asked her if I could ring another friend of ours to tell her that she hadn't died and she said, "no this conversation is just for you and me". I can't remember what the conversations are about but I know she is teaching me things from the other side and I know they are installed in my subconscious. If you write your dreams down and reflect back upon them, you will realise what the messages are telling you.
